Guest Registration 2021


MEMBER signup instructions (PLEASE REVIEW): 
  1. First login to your membership account. This should be done via the Primary Membeaccount holder!
  2. Click on the REGISTER GUESTS NOW button
  3. Under "Who is registering" check "not me but I'm registering 1 other". You will be asked to name all guests in your party later.
  4. Select the relevant guest category(ies)
  5. Follow the steps from here

We advise you to book your court ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Please enter your guest's names on the reservation too.

Guest Usage

We are currently only allowing guests at tennis on Saturday, Sunday, and during the week from 1-4pm. The pool is not allowing guests due to capacity limitations. The maximum number of times a person can be a guest at BTC and use the BTC’s facilities is three (3) times per calendar year.


  • Guest usage Time is “per day/per member”.

  • Friends, grandparents, and extended family watching, Club-sanctioned events such as swim practices and tennis lessons, or cheer at meets and matches are always welcome at no charge and is not included as a “time”.

Sponsoring Member

All guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member while on Club premises. Please sign in at the front entrance.

Family – $40
Per Adult – $18
Per Child -$12

BTC does not provide refunds. Credit towards BTC memberships/events/lessons/purchases will be given in the event of a cancelation.
