Club Manager (Open)

Duties:

• Serve as the liaison between the BTC Board and the Head Tennis Pro and Head Swim Coach.
• Manage junior lifeguard and club staff.
• Manage BTC facilities, tennis courts, pool, and grounds.
• Oversee third party vendors.
• Promote awareness and enforcement of club rules.
• Serve as ambassador of the club to members, prospective members, and guests.
• This position runs from mid April through mid September and is full time from June 18th through Labor Day.  Duties before Memorial day can be done remotely.

Intern - Assistant to Club Manager (2) (Open for 2012)

Note - This is a non-paying internship.

We are looking for two students who are self motivated, organized, and good communicators.  Our Club Manager will teach and guide you in this business/management/sports marketing/hospitality workplace.  Candidates must be sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate level.

Duties

• Answer phones.
• Schedule court times.
• Manage club updates on website.
• Welcome all current members, guest members on a daily basis.
• Give tours of club to potential new members.
• Assist in all areas of customer service.
• Approximately 15 hours per week from late May through August.

Club Staff (Open for 2012)

Duties:

• Provide customer service to BTC members and guests.
• Answer phones.
• Maintain the court reservation schedule.
• Maintain the clubhouse, grounds, and tennis courts.
• Cleaning and groundskeeping.
• Must commit to at least 20 hours per week.

Lifeguards (Open for 2012)

Duties:

• Requires certification in lifeguard training, first aid, and CPR.
• Supervise the pool area to ensure the safety of members and guests.
• Maintain the pool and deck area.
• Provide first aid intervention per BTC policy and standard safety protocols.
• Must commit to at least 20 hours per week.
